Take it from fitness enthusiast Carson Dean who, by this time, is now called “the treadmill dancer” by many.
In his 2015 guesting in the Ellen show, Carson revealed that he “accidentally” uploaded a treadmill dance routine video of him on Facebook.

When asked by Ellen what he meant by that, he explained that he originally intended to share the video only with his friends and family. He, however, forgot to set the clip on private and was later surprised when it gained numerous shares and millions of views.

Later, Ellen DeGeneres got in touch with Carson and invited him to the show.

Ellen eventually saw the video and, being someone who does the treadmill everyday, appreciated it a lot and invited him to the show.

Carson wowed the audiences by doing all sorts of crazy dance moves and flips while on the treadmill.

Carson’s interview and crazy treadmill dance routine (to the tune of ‘Uptown Funk’ by Bruno Mars) was later uploaded on Ellen’s official YouTube channel and it already has 12,216,480 views as of this writing.

Needless to say, Carson easily wowed the crowd with his unique talent. These days, Carson has about 30,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel and around 170,000 likes on his Facebook page.
Personally, I couldn’t help but admire you since, you know, I almost always fall flat on my face each time I try to walk on that exercise device.
