21 Days Part 6 is a 2026 Iranian reality competition program that focuses on challenge, personal growth, and stepping beyond the boundaries of everyday comfort. The first season, titled “PRO,” brings together four well-known Iranian personalities from different fields: Olympic taekwondo athlete Nahid Kiani, singer Benjamin Bahadori, actress Elham Nami, and veteran actor Farhad Ayesh.

The program places its participants in unfamiliar situations and challenges them to confront fears, doubts, and personal limitations. Rather than simply presenting a traditional competition, 21 Days is built around the idea of discovering new abilities through experience and perseverance. The contrasting backgrounds and personalities of the four participants create different approaches to each challenge, allowing audiences to see sides of them that are less visible in their professional careers.

Produced by Hassan Najarian Daryani and directed by Hesam Eslami, Mehdi Jabin-Shenas, and Arian Attarpour, the series was created by Ali Najarian Daryani. The first season consists of ten episodes and is released exclusively on Filimo, beginning on September 3, 2026.

Combining reality television, competition, adventure, and lifestyle elements, 21 Days offers an entertaining look at courage, adaptation, self-discovery, and the importance of taking a step outside one’s comfort zone.
