Sariz Film ریز (فیلم کوتاه سرریز) is a 2026 Iranian short film directed by Nahal Dashti, with a screenplay written by Dashti in collaboration with Tina Dehghan. The film explores childhood, family relationships, emotional responsibility, and the fragile boundary between imagination and reality.

The story follows a young, imaginative girl who finds herself forced to take on an unusually adult role within her family. While attempting to restore peace and stability between her parents, she becomes increasingly involved in circumstances that are far beyond what a child should have to face. Her desire to protect her family ultimately leads her toward an unconventional and frightening decision, transforming her innocent world into something much darker.

Starring Parinaz Izadyar, Mojtaba Pirzadeh, Hasti Mahdavifar, Shahnoosh Shahbazadeh, Termeh Mousavi, and Taha Ghaffari, the film combines psychological tension with a deeply emotional family story. Through the perspective of its young protagonist, Sarریز examines how children can absorb the conflicts and pressures of adults while trying to make sense of a complicated world.
